9/17/2026 Life As a Muse This week, Radio 4 has a programme called Life As a Muse about artists' muses. We thought it would be the perfect time to remind people of Miss Gish's (and Arcane's) first publication, I Am a Muse (2013), which deals with just that theme (among others): the role of the muse in an artist's life. Miss Gish has written a small blog about HERE. Go and give it a read... We'll be back soon with more news about events, etc. In the meantime, do check our Instagram regularly! We had a brilliant time with Matt ArtPix at the Go East Vintage and Antiques Weekender (sadly, we couldn't do the whole weekend and were there on the Saturday only!)
We are now preparing for an event in Bristol in October. Watch this space and keep an eye on our Instagram Page! The Arcane/ArtPix team is going to be in London quite a bit over the next few months, both for business and pleasure! First up for us will be the Go East Vintage Flea Weekender at Wapping Power Station organised by the powerhouse duo Louisa and Onur of Go East Vintage! We cannot wait to trade at this iconic London venue - Miss Gish will be helping Matt ArtPix on his stall and there will be some of the Arcane stock on Matt's stall on Saturday 5th September! We'll have art and fashion prints and a small stock of books (and CDs). Here is a taste of what's to come to London next Saturday! I'm bringing my most "edgy" pre-loved fashion books!
Will you be going to the Suede/Manic Street Preachers 2026 Arena tour this autumn? These goodies will be on Matt's stall in London this September! I am doing two bundles: Suede - interview CD + biography booklet + Suede Sci-Fi lullabies double CD + lyrics booklet, all from 1997 Manics - Death of a Polaroid - a hefty tome which is a twenty-year personal visual history of the band Manic Street Preachers, published in 2011 And I'm throwing in one copy of the 1994 Manics album (CD) The Holy Bible! Details:
